The Type 054A frigate (NATO reporting name: Jiangkai II) is a guided-missile frigate developed by China for the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN). It is an improved version of the Type 054 frigate, featuring enhanced air defense capabilities and advanced sensor systems.
